“We wanted to challenge ourselves to create a salad that was a little unique to BN. Something that everyone could get behind & wasn’t just a bowl of salad mix. I love that this dish is all green with some of my favourite ingredients. Salted cucumbers and pickled jalapenos are the real stars of the dish - as well as the quinoa crumble, of course. Packed with 9 different green ingredients in every salad”
