Fresh Pasta & Sauce

Each student will learn to make pasta dough from scratch and take it home with them. We will make fresh pasta and 2 different sauces.

Students will learn to put on the perfect Italian lunch, complete with the ideal Italian salad and fresh baked focaccia!

After making dough and learning about Italian cooking secrets, students will get to sit down, drink some wine, eat some Italian cheeses and cured meats and enjoy the fresh pasta they helped to create.

We are currently putting together a schedule of classes that will run on Sunday afternoons starting in August.
